Irmtrud was a minor character in the comic. She was a Red Medic who served as the replacement for Aurora.

In addition to the usual labcoat, she also wore a slightly red-coloured leather apron.
Also, in Astrid's words, she was "very lanky, having weird proportions, skeletal in some areas and chubby in others, and with flaming red hair. Obviously they chose their most ridiculous-looking Medic."
